About Me

As an educator, I have worked with tweens, teens, and young adults for over twenty years. I have worked within the classroom, as well as outside the classroom as a Success Coach, helping students work towards developing academic, athletic, and social goals, as well as providing strategies to achieve them. In addition, as a Certified Life Coach, my guidance helps students get to better know one of the most important people in their lives: themselves! The process challenges clients to recognize personal thought patterns that are shaping the quality of life that they are creating. I provide tools to help them "see" their personal thinking and recognize how their  mindset is impacting their life experience.
