Students today face many challenges. They are challenged with not only navigating the perceived pressures of high standards dictated by self or social media, but they are also trying to learn adult skills (organization, time management, relational, and advocacy).  As an educator and coach, I am able to provide tools and mindset strategies to enhance their school, sports, and life success. 

Many youth and young adults believe that life "happens" to them.  By helping them better understand how their mind can empower them or keep them "stuck" can change the trajectory of their lives. Mindset coaching can reduce anxiety, sadness, and help them understand that they are the authors of their own stories!
